The sauna suit itself resembles an oddly shaped silver box with three holes which your head and two arms stick out of. You get into the sauna suit through a double sided zipper that extends the length of the suit. Inside the sauna suit is a chair, ceramic far-infrared heaters, and optionally a steam generator. Like any sauna the sauna suit promotes healthy skin, relaxes muscles and arthritic pain, increases circulation, as well as much much more.
